In this log, Anera provides updates on unfolding war in Palestine and our response. In some cases, additional activities may be added retroactively to the daily entries as we receive additional program reporting.

November 25, 2025

As part of the ongoing emergency response, Anera teams provided life-saving assistance to displaced families across Gaza.

Under the WFP – GFD project in Mawasi Qarara, our teams distributed a total of 3,094 food parcels and 1,547 wheat flour bags over two days, reaching 1,547 households. Each family received two parcels and one 55-pound (25 kilogram) bag of flour.

In terms of water support, we delivered 79,251 gallons (300 cubic meters) of potable water across the Middle Area, Khan Younis and Gaza City, benefiting approximately 100,000 people.

Our teams also distributed a total of 275 vegetable baskets to internally displaced people in Khan Younis and the Middle Area camps. Each basket weighed 54 pounds (24.65 kilograms) and sustained a family for about 10 days.

For hot meal assistance, we distributed 60 pots of lentils in the Middle Area camps and another 60 pots in Khan Younis, collectively serving around 18,000 people.

November 24, 2025

Over the last three days (November 20, 23 and 24), Anera’s Primary Health Care Center in Al Nuseirat provided treatment to 436 patients, including internal medicine care for 63 patients, wound management for 76, general surgery and emergency care for 164, dermatology consultations for 70, gynecology and obstetrics care for 4, physiotherapy for 20 and pediatric services for 38 children.

In addition to this ongoing support, Anera has officially resumed services at the Mother and Child Clinic in Tel Al-Hawa, supported by the Eleanor Crook Foundation. The clinic is once again providing pediatric and gynecology care, nutrition and supplements, breastfeeding support, psychosocial care and full pharmacy services for families in Gaza.

Today, our primary health care centers in Khan Younis and Deir El Balah also served around 850 patients, ensuring sustained access to essential medical services across the south.

November 23, 2025

To support access to clean water for displaced families in Gaza, 300 cubic meters of potable water were distributed as follows:

  • 100 m³ in the Middle Area
  • 100 m³ in Khan Younis
  • 100 m³ in Gaza City

This supply benefited an estimated 100,000 people.

In Khan Younis, 275 vegetable baskets were distributed to displaced families. Each basket weighs 25.3 kilograms and provides enough fresh produce to support a family for around 10 days.

Anera also continued its hot meal program, serving:

  • 60 pots of rice in the Middle Area
  • 60 pots of rice in the Khan Younis area

These meals reached 18,000 displaced Palestinians.

November 21, 2025

To address water needs, 280 cubic meters of potable water were distributed in the Middle Area, in Khan Younis and in Gaza City. This volume provided safe drinking water for an estimated 93,300 people.

As part of the fresh food initiative, 275 vegetable baskets were distributed to displaced families in the Middle Area. Each basket weighs 25.5 kilograms and supports a family for about 10 days.

Hot meal distributions also continued, with:

  • 60 pots of lentil soup in the Middle Area
  • 60 pots of rice in the Khan Younis area

These meals reached 18,000 people.

Additionally, 169 dignity kits provided by UNICEF were delivered, offering essential hygiene supplies for displaced women and families.

Under the WFP-funded general food distribution project in Mawasi-Qarara, over the next three days Anera will distribute:

  • 5,446 food parcels
  • 2,723 wheat flour bags (25 kilograms each)

The distribution covers 2,723 households, each receiving 2 parcels and one flour bag.

November 20, 2025

A total of 963 patients received medical services through Anera’s primary health care centers in Khan Younis and in Deir El Balah. Our teams treated 557 patients in Deir El Balah and 406 in Khan Younis.

In coordination with UNICEF, 168 dignity kits were distributed to internally displaced persons, providing essential hygiene items for vulnerable families.

Anera distributed 200 cubic meters of potable water across the south and the north of Gaza City, benefiting an estimated 66,600 individuals.

The team also distributed 275 fresh vegetable baskets to displaced families in Gaza City. Each basket weighed 23.25 kilograms and provided enough produce for around 10 days.

In addition, 60 pots of rice were distributed in the Middle Area and in the Khan Younis camps, reaching 18,000 people with hot meals.

November 19, 2025

In partnership with the local chapter of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, we have distributed stationery kits to 4,400 students in 18 schools in the town of Idhna, in the West Bank‘s Hebron Governorate. We provided the stationary supplies to students in grades one through five, as well as people with disabilities.

In Gaza, a total of 555 patients received medical services at Anera’s primary health care centers in Khan Younis and in Deir El Balah, with 291 patients treated in Deir El Balah and 264 in Khan Younis.

Anera distributed 200 cubic meters of potable water across displacement camps in the Middle Area, in Khan Younis and in Gaza City, providing clean drinking water for about 66,667 people.

Teams also distributed 250 vegetable baskets to displaced families in Gaza City. Each basket weighed 22.1 kilograms and supported a family for 8 to 10 days.

Hot meal distributions continued with:

  • 60 pots of pasta in the Middle Area
  • 60 pots of lentils in the Khan Younis area

These meals reached 18,000 displaced people.

As part of hygiene support, 140 UNICEF-provided dignity kits were delivered to internally displaced persons.

Over the last three days, Anera’s primary health care center – Al Nuseirat clinic treated 389 patients in dermatology, internal medicine, wound management, general surgery and emergency care.

Today a heavy storm hit Gaza, making conditions more challenging for families in tents. Water flooded the ground, cold seeped into the children and mothers tried to protect what remained of their lives. The war may have ended on paper, but suffering returns with every cloud.

Despite these conditions, Anera teams continued their life-saving efforts across Gaza. A total of 648 patients received primary health care services at clinics in Khan Younis and in Deir El Balah, with 235 patients treated at Deir El Balah and 413 at Khan Younis.

Anera distributed 200 cubic meters of potable water across the Middle Area, in Khan Younis and in Gaza City, serving about 66,667 people. This daily supply supports essential hygiene and drinking needs.

The team also distributed 250 vegetable baskets to displaced families in the Middle Area camp. Each basket weighed 20.5 kilograms and supported a family for 8 to 10 days.

As part of the hot meals initiative:

  • 60 pots of rice were distributed in the Middle Area camps
  • 60 pots of rice were distributed in the Khan Younis camps

These meals served 18,000 displaced individuals.

November 17, 2025

A total of 200 cubic meters of potable water were distributed to displaced families, with 80 m³ in the Middle Area camps, 80 m³ in Khan Younis and 40 m³ in Gaza City.

Teams distributed 250 vegetable baskets to internally displaced families in the Middle Area camp. Each basket weighed 19 kilograms and supported a family for 7 to 8 days.

Hot meals were also provided:

  • 60 pots of rice in the Middle Area camps
  • 60 pots of lentil stew in the Khan Younis camps

A total of 18,000 people benefited from these daily hot meals.

November 16, 2025

Under the World Food Programme General Food Distribution project in Mawasi Qarara, Gaza, Anera’s teams distributed a total of 1,294 food parcels and 674 bags of wheat flour to 647 households. Each family received two parcels and one flour bag.

Between November 12, 13 and 16, 2025, our primary healthcare center treated 330 patients in our internal medicine, wound management, general surgery and emergency, dermatology, gynecology and obstetrics and physiotherapy departments.

Today, Anera’s teams also delivered 52834 gallons (200 cubic meters) of potable water in Middle Area, Khan Younis and Gaza City camps.

We also distributed 250 vegetable baskets to internally displaced persons in Middle Area camps. Each 38-pound (17.30 kilograms) basket supports one family for 7 to 8 days.

In addition, we provided 60 pots of bulgur soup in Middle Area camps and 60 pots of pasta in Khan Younis camps, reaching approximately 18,000 displaced people.

We served a total of 715 patients through our primary healthcare centers in Khan Younis and Deir El Balah: 379 at our Deir El Balah clinic and 336 at the Khan Younis clinic.

November 13, 2025

Today, Anera distributed a total of 153,220 gallons (580 cubic meters) of potable water to displaced families in southern Gaza, reaching an estimated 193,333 individuals.

In Gaza City, we delivered 250 fresh vegetable parcels to displaced families. Each 35-pound (16.05 kilograms) parcel provides enough produce to support a family for about one week.

And we continued distributing hot meals, including 60 pots of rice in the Middle Area camps, and another 60 pots in Khan Younis, collectively serving hot food to 18,000 displaced people.

November 12, 2025

To support access to safe water, we distributed 153,220 gallons (580 cubic meters) of potable water in camps of the displaced in the Middle Area and Khan Younis, serving approximately 193,333 people.

In Gaza City, we distributed 250 parcels of fresh vegetables to displaced families. Each 35-pound (16.05 kilograms) parcel provides enough fresh produce to sustain a family for six to seven days.

In the Middle Area camps and in Khan Younis, we again served rice (120 pots in total), providing hot meals to some 18,000 displaced people.

November 11, 2025

We saw 665 patients through our primary healthcare centers in Khan Younis and Deir Al Balah. And at our Al Nuseirat health clinic, we provided medical services to 291 patients over the last two days. Our specialty care services included internal medicine, wound management, pediatrics, general surgery and emergency, dermatology, and gynecology and obstetrics.

And we distributed 147,936 gallons (560 cubic meters) of potable water to serve some 186,667 people in the Middle Area and Khan Younis.

In Gaza City, we delivered 200 36-pound (16.35 kilogram) parcels of fresh vegetables to internally displaced families, providing sufficient fresh produce to support each household for six to seven days.

We continued serving hot meals today, preparing 60 pots of pasta in the Middle Area camps and 60 pots of rice in the Khan Younis camps, collectively reaching 18,000 displaced individuals.

At our Al Nuseirat primary healthcare center, over the course of the last two days we provided 291 medical consultations in the following specialties: internal medicine, general surgery and emergency care, wound management, pediatrics, dermatology, and gynecology and obstetrics.

November 10, 2025

Today, we distributed 147,936 gallons (560 cubic meters) of potable water, reaching approximately 186,667 people in the displacement camps in the Middle Area and Khan Younis.

In the Middle Area, we distributed 200 fresh vegetable parcels to internally displaced families. Each basket weighs 36 pounds (16.45 kilograms) and provides enough fresh produce to sustain a family for six to seven days.

To support food security and meet urgent nutritional needs, we distributed 60 pots of hot rice in the Middle Area camps, and 60 pots of lentil soup to displaced people in Khan Younis camps, collectively serving around 18,000 people with hot meals.

November 9, 2025

We distributed a total of 147,936 gallons (560 cubic meters) of potable water to displaced people in camps in the Middle Area and Khan Younis, reaching an estimated 186,667 people.

Also today, we distributed 200 fresh vegetable parcels to families in the Middle Area. Each parcel weighs 35 pounds (15.90 kilograms), enough to support a household for five to six days of meals.

We also provided hot meals today — serving 60 pots of rice soup in the Middle Area, and 60 pots of mujaddara with canned meat in the Khan Younis camps — reaching approximately 18,000 people in total.

And we provided medical care to 699 patients through our primary healthcare centers — serving 364 people at Deir Al Balah center and 335 in Khan Younis. Our Al Nuseirat clinic provided care over three working days (November 5, 6, and today) to 487 patients, including in internal medicine, general surgery and emergency care, wound management, dermatology, pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, and physiotherapy.

And on education, our new Eye to the Future project launched a multi-day training series for mentors who will lead our educational activities. The trainings are organized in partnership with Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development, Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children, and Save the Children Palestine. The courses cover a range of topics, including pedagogy, fostering positive self-esteem in children, program planning, operational tools, and monitoring and evaluation approaches.

November 8, 2025

In continued efforts to meet urgent needs, our Gaza teams delivered 126,803 gallons (480 cubic meters) of potable water to displacement camps in the Middle Area and Khan Younis — ensuring clean water access for an estimated 160,000 people.

To support food security among displaced families, our teams also distributed 200 fresh vegetable baskets in the Middle Area. Each basket, weighs about 34 pounds (15.5 kilograms), provided essential nutrition for a family for five or six days.

We again today served hot meals to nourish those sheltering in camps. In the Middle Area, we served 60 pots of bulgur and lentil soup, and in Khan Younis, 60 pots of rice with canned meat. Together, these meals reached approximately 18,000 Palestinians.

Anera’s primary healthcare centers in Deir Al Balah and Khan Younis provided essential medical services to 473 patients at our Deir Al Balah clinic and our Khan Younis clinic.

To meet critical water needs, Anera’s teams in Gaza distributed 149,257 gallons of potable water in camps located in the middle area and Khan Younis, benefiting some 185,000 people.

As part of our food assistance efforts, Anera delivered 200 vegetable baskets, weighing 15.25 kilos each, to internally displaced families in Gaza City camps, each with enough food to cover a family’s needs for five to six days.

Additionally, our teams made 60 pots of rice in middle area camps and 60 pots of rice with canned meat in Khan Younis camps, together providing hot meals to about 18,000 people.

November 4, 2025

A total of 595 patients received medical care through Anera’s Primary Health Care centers — 424 in Khan Younis and 171 in Deir Al Balah. At Anera’s clinic in Nuseirat, medical professionals attended to 135 patients in internal medicine, wound management and 36 in pediatrics.

Through the WFP general food distribution project in Mawasi Qarara, Anera distributed 2,190 food parcels (two per household), reaching 1,095 displaced families.

To meet critical water needs, Anera’s teams in Gaza distributed 146,615 gallons of potable water in camps located in the middle area and Khan Younis, benefiting some 185,000 people.

Food distributions included 200 vegetable baskets in Gaza City camps, supporting displaced families for five to six days, and 120 pots of hot meals in the middle area and in Khan Younis, serving some 18,000 people.

At Anera’s Nuseirat clinic, over the course of three working days (Oct. 30, Nov. 2 & 3), 443 patients received medical care in a variety of departments, including internal medicine, general surgery, emergency, wound management, pediatrics, dermatology and gynecology.

November 1, 2025

Anera continued addressing urgent water needs across the Middle Area and Khan Younis camps, distributing 157,182 gallons of potable water, reaching an estimated 198,333 displaced people. To support food security and nutrition, Anera delivered 200 vegetable baskets, weighing 14.4 kilograms, to displaced families in Khan Younis, providing sufficient fresh produce to sustain a household for five to six days. In addition, Anera provided 60 pots of lentil soup with pasta in middle area camps and 60 pots of mujaddara in Khan Younis camps, providing hot meals for approximately 18,000 individuals.
